🦋 Shakti makes reference to the active, dynamic, and creative principal of the universe and is often seen in the yogic tradition as being personified as a goddess or like a mother.

📚 Vedic literature mentions numerous goddesses that were revered for their feminine qualities and ability to create life as well as be fierce protectors of it.

🧘‍♀️ Tantric traditions hold the idea that all feminine individuals embody the energy of Shakti, known as the essence of life itself, and to be the energetic force that enables physical creation.
