In this 5-week introductory meditation course, you will learn how to practically implement various techniques for meditation and receive simple tips on developing your own consistent routine.  This course will help establish a path to success for anyone wishing to begin or enhance their meditation practice.

We will meet (in person or online) Monday evenings for 5 weeks and stay in touch throughout the week through a private facebook page.

Two options to join:

Monday evenings from 6:45 pm-7:45 pm (Central Time Zone) from Monday September 14th – Monday October 12th 2020.
